Personally I wouldn’t give such large discounts. Both Rowls would normally be 2 points higher
I was thinking something similar as I posted them. I don’t think I want to go with full accurate cost, but I’ll bring them up a point each.

Assuming this is meant only to block opposing Cursed abilities, you should specify that in the text. If you want to keep it as-is, you can drop the price significantly.
Meant to block opposing abilities if they’re on a Cursed crew or ship, sort of like a faction specific Holy Water.
