I would say playing, too, though I find it much easier to make time to collect than play

I totally understand that.  Online shopping has become an incredibly easy 1-2 click experience, and there are still plenty of reasonably priced packs out there.  (though mostly at HWG at this point)  Setup time can be a killer for this game, and I’m worried th…[Read more]

Moving forward to 2017, I got hit with a large wave of nostalgia (due in part to the fifth Pirates of the Caribbean film), and I decided to get back into my old childhood hobby.

I love how this confirms the nostalgia/PotC connection.  Similar things probably happened to others; every time a new PotC movie comes out seems like a good time to…[Read more]

Cool!  Slightly surprised the English and Americans haven’t fired on each other given the close quarters.  Seems the Spanish will be able to increase their lead given the resource change.

Page refreshes don’t seem to happen automatically, or at least not every time. If you click back to a page you were on a few minutes earlier (like the main list of threads in the forum) it’ll often still look like it did when you were there the first time, even if you’ve logged in and posted something. Saved from Miniature Trading post.  Put it all the way to #2 on the Best Posts widget as well, probably for a long while in an attempt to prevent confusion/panic from people who weren’t aware or that randomly pop back into the community a while from now.

Anyone else notice how scarce DJC has become?  Used to be one of the easiest and cheapest sets to acquire.  Now HWG is out and there’s hardly anything on eBay.

CC 3 pack auction: https://ebay.to/2JizNt8

Some rare stuff up; Grand Wind and some DJC LE’s: https://ebay.to/306O4QE

After he liked my Instagram post a few years back, today I sent PotC actor Martin Klebba (Marty) his crew card from the PotC set along with an unopened pack from the set!  😀

$46 for the Grinder and Terrox is a new high for that pair I think.  Still a some solid auctions going on.

It’s gone.

My favorite pieces are: Blackwatch (A DJC), Jormungandr (C DJC), and Celtic Fury (M SS).

Nice ones!  The Blackwatch is fun to use, a really cool looking ship, and absolutely devastating.

Welcome aboard!  Between you, Xerecs, and JW Darkhurst, there are plenty of Pirates lore creators out there.  Now that I think of it, I’ve done more than I ev…[Read more]

MT not working for me, maybe it will be down on it’s final day. 🙁
