That’s strange, my faceplate says S+L… Is the Miniatures entry correct, or is this a misprint?

Edit: hmm, all of the pictures of El Raton I’ve seen online show an S+L movement speed as well

I don’t have any useful UTs right now, I haven’t really had a taste for them tbh. Anything that can accidentally help my opponent instead of me isn’t good in my eyes, but maybe there’s something I’m not getting when it comes to these treasures?

Rebel Spanish fleet 

I’m going for a 40 point fleet here, just something simple to begin and get feedback with. There’s a small backstory to this fleet, and that is that these Spaniards have rebelled against royal Spanish authorities to help the natives in their colonies, hence the canoes.

I was lucky and I got my friends into it before we started playing, so we pooled for a box of packs so that we all got 9 OE packs. I already had that SM pack earlier so we had a good amount of ships to begin with. I bought a couple more SM packs later and now I’m getting individual ships so my collection has exponentially grown.

I like the idea in theory but I’ve pulled too many packs where I get something ridiculously strong and then the second ship is garbage. For example, I got the Revenant in one pack and then my next ship was the Picador D: I couldn’t imagine anybody having fun with that kind of power disparity! I have parts 2 and 3 of the HMS Bretwalda and the faceplate of the Pequod. I got them in a DJC pack and I was so bummed that I got them instead of a working ship! Especially since the Bretwalda would have been fun to use…

I think the idea to create a new Pirates company and have investors be shareholders is a good idea, at least for marketing your pitch to people who might want to donate money to you.
