I’ve been giving some of my common extra and she has really gotten to like ships. I am planning a trip as she is interesting in the seas.
I was honestly going to buy the remaining but I figured someone in the community might want from Fire & Steel
I really like the concept of Cancelers but I was unsure about a one masted ship. thanks for the insight.
just opened my five 2 player packs and got three identical “packs” which contained. Squalo + Lady Newport+Cannoneer+Griffin… But that was not why I was getting the packs. I now have all six of the mega cards and picked up a lot of new ships to add to my collection.
Now to wait for my 30 packs of Fire & Steel.

Opened my blue tin. 3 Rv packs and 1 BC pack. I got the following:
Enterprise, Yankee, Fort Thompson, La Felicite, Executioner, Le Favori, Granada, HMS Lord Kenyon and a Cannoneer for each of the big 6 and the mermaid event card.
I really liked this pull and I have 5 OE mega packs coming soon.
FYI: I got a return from CCGCastle too.
Thanks for the clarification. As I see the game, mixed nation fleet don’t make sense, which is the reason I ask about the set. I just built the HMS Grand Temple and Divine Dragon, I can see why people like them but I find myself more attached to the 3-4 mast ships. I’ll be buying into the set as I really think the galleys look great. Thank you.
I have watched your podcast on the barbary coast and read the post. there is a sense of disappoint with the set. maybe it is because you guys have played the game for a long time and there is a lot of comparison to ships from other nations and sets.
I really like the look of the Barbary Galleys though.
I haven’t really thought about the PoTC set but it only has the English and Pirates from what I’ve read.

I’m still waiting for a reply but something tells me I am just going to call my creditor and dispute the purchase to force ccg castle to address this issue.

As a matter of fact, you should do a video regarding repacks. that way any new people who try to get into the game can identify packs that have been tampered with.
I have only heard of shops and sellers doing this but this is the first time this has happened to me. I requested a refund and notified eBay, my credit company and the FTC about this as they have 2 more of these listed and they are willing scamming people. not cool at all. They have until the 6th to reply regarding my refund but I have a strong feeling they will not respond.
I have photo and video evidence of this saved.
do not buy from this guy. all the packs I got were resealed. I reported him for fraud.

You covered a a couple of the questions I would have asked, but here is one that might get an interesting answer if he can answer it:
The game started with Historical fleets and toward the end of the game, it shifted in a more fantasy direction. was that a change direction to gain a bigger audience or a way for the team to express their ideas?
Thanks for the clarification. So to keep things a little more simulated, I would see the opportunity to move around a ship I am already attacking, but root of the question was if I could move + Shoot again or if the “Same Action” only allowed the move. Awesome. Thank you.

I looked here and Miniaturetrading but could not find it. I want to know what the real difference the Captain’s ability to move and shoot with the move action and the interactions between the Same Action and Extra Action?
I ask because I have the HMS GT and I have Crimson Angel. would I be able to move and shoot (captain) than use the same action, to move no distance (In case I was within S range) and shoot again? or is this not allowed? I did not see that a ship had to move it’s full distance.

I like unbalanced game. I’m a person who loves to play against a meta and playing non efficient models in effective ways.
I do this all the time in my miniature games (infinity, frostgrave and guild ball)
As I await the arrival of my set of special edition OE boxes, I went on a shopping spree for some american ships that are outside the OE, RV, BC packs I want. I picked up the following:

The cool thing is the nightmare is a common, so I built one of them for my daughter. Depending what I get from the SE boxes, I might go with another set like revolution to get more american ships.
I got my two player pack today. I do not have the equipment to make any decent video, so I will just post my pulls.
