GigiParticipantStill pretty new to the Pirates history; low hanging fruit, Darkhawk II. Great ship, but not for the British!
Haven’t got into the wacky pieces quite yet, but I am looking forward to it.

On the flip side its a crest fall when you get those duplicates! Ha

GigiParticipantIs there a rule set for solo gameplay? I am lucky, and have a crew for game nights but would like to get this on my table more.
My apologies if the rule set is posted already; I may be looking in the wrong places.

GigiParticipantInitially I try to find a few sealed packs of each set, just to see what I get and because it’s fun. I go to online lots and direct sales after that.
Ben’s set reviews are great and I use them to find which ships sound interesting. Luckily it seems that rare does not necessarily equate to being the best ship in a set. Lots of solid uncommons and commons.More of a player than a collector.

GigiParticipantHello,
I just discovered this game about a week ago. I was fortunate enough to find two tins of ships at a garage sale and picked them up. Very glad I did!
Since then, I have then been learning all I can about the game. Thanks for creating this site and the podcasts Ben. I assumed it would be a hunt to find information on the game, but you have provided a wealth of it. Amazing job!
