    Does your love of Pirates/naval stuff seep into real life?

    Ex: wanting to actually learn to sail, going on a voyage on a replica sailing ship, etc? Joining the Navy/Merchant Marine/sailing club/etc.

    This is something that has always interested me.  I grew up taking summer trips to a nearby lake, and have always been fascinated by many things nautical.  Sailing, shipwrecks, naval warfare and history, and exploration have been interesting to me since I was a kid.  (though I didn’t seriously think about joining the Navy until this year actually)

    Wouldn’t be surprised if the same was true for others here!  😀

    Not particularly. Pirates is one of about three things I obsess over, the other two being Lego and books. That said, I do like the ocean, and enjoy going to the beach every now and again, both to swim and other stuff, but also to some that are great for tidepools.
