As with the other eBay/Amazon links on this site, my links will be affiliate links (making it possible for me to earn a commission on links that lead to purchases). I honestly don’t really mind if others do that too (might as well make a few cents if you’re the one leading to the views and sale of the item), but the key to that is high QUALITY and low QUANTITY. Don’t post random deals that aren’t good, and try hard not to post more than one linked post per day in this thread (and usually far less than that because most of the stuff sitting on eBay is overpriced to some degree). If it gets too much or people try to take advantage of my leniency here I will have to crack down on it with warnings, then deletion of posts, and even banning if someone doesn’t let up (and I reserve the right to change the forum rules if needed). Just post sensible deals if you want and don’t spam the thread or individual members.
Thanks! 2018 has seen some (likely) record prices on eBay; it’s great to see the game doing well financially in terms of demand, even a full decade after its partial demise.

Just to show how wildly unpredictable the market for Pirates is. Been seeing plenty of 3 box lots of DJC (SE boxes) on eBay. Lows were $5, $5.50, etc. Same thing just sold for $50. O_O So that is a 10-fold increase in price even though prices lately haven’t been as high as they were last year, especially last summer.
With an 18 pack box of DJC going for $76, that set is still on a tear. Average DJC pack price at auction has risen to $2.92. Probably doesn’t help that HWG has completely run out of that set.
36 pack box of FN (with tournament pack) went for $167.50.

As you can see from the Master Spreadsheet (or MT database pictures), there are 4 SE box 4 masters from OE. The boxes themselves were the same and the other contents randomized. Hope that answers it!
I’ve heard about similar things in the past and people have been able to get one of each SE ship/card from different boxes of different sets. Hope it works out.

Ah yes, I often forget about those great UK listings since I don’t normally use that version of the site. There have been a number of good deals like that; I think they ran out of SS boxes a while ago.
1,094 sold! For the OE boxes! O_O That’s 7,658 ships!
So as for value, I’m highly confident an OE rare can be gotten non-eBay for under $20. (Trying to stay on-topic of eBay).
Hey, How much value would you put on the Divine Dragon? I could get one for slightly over 20 USD. One of the only major Cursed ships i dont have…. That and the Loki’s Revenge.
I wouldn’t pay nearly that much for a Divine Dragon. I paid $8.03 (before shipping) for a lot of 4 ships that included the DD and HMS Grand Temple. That was back in 2011, when prices were lower overall. Still, I wouldn’t want to pay more than $10 for that ship, and preferably less. OE is the most common set by seemingly a pretty decent (if not massive) margin, to the point where the rares from the set aren’t very scarce.
The Loki’s Revenge is the total opposite, and IMO is worth about $20 due to her rarity and of course gameplay value/uniqueness.
do not buy from this guy. all the packs I got were resealed. I reported him for fraud.

@uadoom: Interesting, they’ve been one of the bigger sellers of Pirates CSG stuff the past few years.
I have only heard of shops and sellers doing this but this is the first time this has happened to me. I requested a refund and notified eBay, my credit company and the FTC about this as they have 2 more of these listed and they are willing scamming people. not cool at all. They have until the 6th to reply regarding my refund but I have a strong feeling they will not respond.
I have photo and video evidence of this saved.
As a matter of fact, you should do a video regarding repacks. that way any new people who try to get into the game can identify packs that have been tampered with.
I can confirm this as well. I bought 6 revolution packs from him and multiple cards had areas with white marks and they were definitely pre punched. Glad somebody else noticed this as well!
