Question about DJC and PotC packs

Ahoy fellow pirates;

1. This should be the first of two DJC pack artworks.  Does anyone know if ALL of the cards in these packs are the crappy quality that scratches easily?  Or perhaps were there multiple print runs in this pack art before they switched to the other packs?

2. Did Will Turner ever show up on a PotC pack?  Or did he just get a tin?
