In the old days we just used a large blue sheet of construction paper as our map. This time around I’d like to do something special. Maybe a nice play mat representing the ocean with some 3D models for islands, etc.
What is everyone else using? Has anyone done a nice custom play map or do you have some ideas for creating something?

I still enjoy using my various yards of blue fabric – they’re cheap, portable, and effective. 🙂
