Ahoy all!
Jack here. I had a couple of ships as a kid, but never had anyone to play with. My girlfriend heard about that at some point and surprised me with an oceans edge and revolution pack for Christmas. I got super hooked from that point!
I’m probably equal parts player and collector. I splurged big on eBay at first to get bulk options to play with friends+family. Now I just keep an eye out for anything that looks cool.
I’ve always love the pirate and seafaring fantasy. This game gives me a wonderful outlet for that, and is great quality time away from technology with my loved ones. We mostly play house rules and throw in DND elements from time to time.
I’m currently hooked on learning how to make custom terrain to give more visuals to aid in the fantasy/fun!
