The IMPOSSIBLE Fleet

Woelf recently submitted a fleet that was out of the ordinary and quite unlikely indeed. With that in mind, I’ve thought about creating a truly unbeatable fleet. Not only is it hard to obtain (every game piece is either an SE, LE, SR, or PR), but also hard to beat.
The Nox is proxying as the Blue Heron-only one of which is supposed to exist. The crew on her aren’t really in the fleet (since the Heron costs 14 points), it’s just that the Nox looks strikingly similar.
This fleet is powerful, packing a whopping 11 ships into the 40 point limit. It’s got treasure runners and fighters, and a PR crew-killing fort to boot. The Dungeon will induce Fear before the Deuce kills you with her Ghost Captain. If you ever manage to sink my ships or kill my crew, I can find Abandoned Crew and reincarnate myself with the Resurrection Codex.
How do you beat this standard 40 point setup? Good luck, for if you win, you’ll receive a bust of the infamous Fantasma.
