Description
Bring history to life in your games with the most iconic ship and naval commander of all time!
This product is for unpunched cards. The last picture is simply to show what the ship looks like when fully built.
Disclaimers and Warnings:
-These have not been playtested and there may be rules and/or balance issues during gameplay when using them. These are unofficial additions to the game to be used only in games where all players allow them.
-Health hazards: Styrene is a possible human carcinogen. Do not inhale it. Recommend washing hands and cleaning up area after building the ships.
-Cards are a bit messy – it is best to clean up the styrene dust after handling.
-For Ages 16+! Please let any minors know about cleaning up the styrene dust.
-When punching out the pieces, it’s best to push on the areas near where they are connected to the card via “nubs” (ex: the tops and bottoms of masts). Pushing in the middle area may result in bending or breakage.
-Please be patient when building the ships – they can be fragile.
-There may be discrepancies on slot tolerances – the ships should construct well as shown in the last picture, but results may vary.
-Best to leave ships constructed – due to the laser burning away material, they are unlikely to go back into the cards.
-Recommended to insert some masts in isolation (mast into deck with just those two pieces, before building the full ship) – especially for masts that go into smaller decks like the quarterdecks and forecastles of the larger ships.
-Some cards may have a bit of laser burn on them.
-There are some areas where the cut is more jagged.
-The laser burning affects some of the artwork in a negative way on the edges, seen if you look closely.
-Some of the artwork may be slightly misaligned from front to back, due to the high level of difficulty in aligning both the printed artwork (on the physical sheet) and the cut process.

These custom game pieces were designed in Inkscape. Credit to my friend Gigi for the draft files I built on. I made sure to include a lot of historical details – the armament is accurate for each gun deck, up to the carronades on the forecastle. Her color scheme is matched to existing photos of the ship and in some cases the historical record of which paints were used (including the bow and the gunport lids).
I made my original customs of HMS Victory and Lord Nelson back in 2011. They have received a few updates over the years, and now are ready for action!
