Disclaimers:

–Health hazards: Styrene is a possible human carcinogen. Do not inhale it. Recommend washing hands and cleaning up area after building the ships.
-Cards are messy – it is best to clean up the styrene dust after handling.
-For Ages 16+! Please let any minors know about cleaning up the styrene dust.
-When punching out the pieces, it’s best to push on the areas near where they are connected to the card via “nubs” (ex: the tops and bottoms of masts). Pushing in the middle area may result in bending or breakage.
-Please be patient when building the ships – they can be fragile.
-There may be discrepancies on slot tolerances – the ships should construct well as shown in the last picture, but results may vary.
-Best to leave ships constructed – due to the laser burning away material, they generally don’t go back into the cards well.
-Recommended to insert some masts in isolation (mast into deck with just those two pieces, before building the full ship) – especially for masts that go into smaller decks like the quarterdecks and forecastles of the larger ships.
-Ships are not guaranteed to go together perfectly, but they should be fully constructible and usable. Some pieces may not have laser cut all the way through and require a bit more force and care to pop out of the cards.
-Some cards are missing pennants, but there should be enough pennants for all the ships.
-Some ships may be missing their bowsprits, as the heat from laser cutting can warp narrow pieces that later snap off during handling or shipping.
-Some cards may have laser burn on them.
-There are some areas where the cut is more jagged.
-The laser burning affects some of the artwork in a negative way on the edges, seen if you look closely.
-Some of the artwork may be slightly misaligned from front to back, due to the high level of difficulty in aligning both the printed artwork (on the physical sheet) and the cut process.
-A few pieces may be held in the card with tape after falling out during laser cutting and post processing.
-Some rarity corners may have slightly different color variants, due to there being multiple artwork designers and thousands of file edits.
